Mr. Coleman has handled hundreds of matters before state and federal courts, related to securities fraud, contract disputes, defamation, civil rights class actions, RICO, trademark infringement, and enforcement of foreign judgments. Among other clients, he has represented the Bank of Jordan, the Ministry of Finance of the Commonwealth of Iraq, the Official Receiver of the Government of Pakistan, Dow Corning, Monsanto, Del Monte Fresh Produce Company, Enron, Tyco, and Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Inc. He also has represented various other corporations and their directors and officers in shareholder class and derivative actions.
